Judi Ulrey is the President of Fitness Consulting, Inc., a southern California based provider of Corporate Wellness Programs since 1985. She has traveled extensively, both nationally and internationally, spreading the word about health and wellness to a variety of audiences. Regardless of the crowd her message remains consistent: Small steps make a big difference.
Her style is practical, entertaining, and fun! Though she addresses the absolute correlation between daily choices and disease, she doesn’t belabor the issue. She focuses instead on how to take small, healthy steps toward a more healthy lifestyle.
Judi is also the author of an easy-to-read workbook entitled As Easy As Your Morning Coffee: Simple Steps to Fitness Success. True to her style, it is full of humor, real life stories and practical exercises. It is an effective guide for any person getting started or “re-started” on a health and fitness plan.

The greatest challenge to staying committed to an exercise program is...staying committed!!
In this motivational session, Judi draws from her own personal experiences to emphasize the six key factors for converting exercise from a dreaded “have to” into a pleasurable habit. She will emphasize the need for changing from a short- term strategy (New Years Resolutions) to a long-term vision. In the process, Judi shares how she stayed motivated to be one of the first women to successfully complete the Whitney Classic, cycling/hiking from the lowest point in the continental US to the highest in 24 strenuous hours.
