Trekking Together is the first fitness program that’s not about you, but about supporting someone else.
It’s a weekly wellness program that’s done in pairs or small groups, and provides you and your friend the tools you need to help each other take small steps forward every week.
Here’s how it works:
Each week you both listen to an audio message presenting the weekly Fitness Focus, including instructions on how you can support one another. It’s always focused on one of three important areas: Food, Fitness, and Focus (your attitude – BIG!).
The weekly Fitness Focus is reinforced via video, emails, blog, recipes, discussion questions and action steps. Since your buddy is receiving the same messaging, your commitment is to support her and she’s committed to supporting you. Everybody wins.
