
Fridge Fitness is a fun program you can do with friends, family, roommates, colleagues, kids or go solo! (Never as much fun.) Presented on a magnetized dry-erase board, it’s a simple yet profound concept.
Eight critical behaviors are listed on the left. You set your goal for each for the week, keeping track as you go with the dry erase pen provided. Tally your total at week’s end – celebrate and/or regroup – then erase and start over! The friendly cartoon format is great for engaging your kids. Play as a family!
